Rest and Repairs in Denmark

No cycling today but a lot of positives.
1. My transfer from Walpole to Denmark was perfect. A private transfer in a 4WD wagon to get my bike to 'hospital'.
2. The Denmark Monkey Rock Mountain Bike Company was able to fix my bike.  If you are even in need of bike repairs in Denmark then you have to see https://monkeyrockmtbdenmark.com.au Nathan and his team were excellent with advice and service.

While my bike was in the shop I was able to have a rest day in Denmark and spent most of the day working in a nice spot at the Library.  I did drop into a few Op-Shops to look at music CDs and picked up a pair of warm socks for the days ahead. I also did one last food shop at the IGA so my pantry is full for the journey ahead.

The revised plan is to now cycle the Munda Biddi trail from Denmark back to Walpole.  This is the opposite direction from my original plan and is officially riding the Munda Biddi 'South to North' but it will let me experience the 160km or so that I skipped today because of the vehicle transfer. Once I get back to Walpole in a few days time I will meet up with my lovely wife who will then drive me back to Denmark where I can continue riding the Munda Biddi "North to South'.  I can then ride the last 80km and officially finish in Albany at the Munda Biddi southern terminus.  That's the current plan anyway.

  2. Can’t forget the CDs! Great to hear the bike shop could perform some much needed emergency surgery.

  4. Were are you packing all the extras? I know CD’s are small but can see the bike is pretty full. Amazing adventures.
